• 1-3 years of experience in programming (PERL, Python or other languages)
• Good experience with Unix/Linux
• Good understanding of web Services, API and IP based protocols
• Good experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff members, both technical and non-technical, to understand and interpret requirements leading to the technical implementation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and follow processes
• Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies, curiosity and highly detailed oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
